Snowy Phoenix is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives after incarceration, homelessness, addiction, and personal crisis. Our mission is to provide guidance, structure, and compassionate support while helping individuals create stability, accountability, and long-term success. We believe everyone deserves a second chance and the opportunity to move forward with dignity and hope.
Snowy Phoenix was founded by Tina Durand, whose personal life experiences shaped the vision behind the organization. After facing addiction, and life challenges, Tina understands first hand how difficult rebuilding can be without support. Snowy Phoenix was created to provide the resources, encouragement, and opportunities she once needed, helping others find a path forward.
Eric Durand serves as CTO and is currently incarcerated, working from inside to help guide the mission and support program development. Having spent over two decades incarcerated, Eric is committed to showing others that positive change is possible, even while still inside. He is also involved in educational programs and serves as a facilitator, helping encourage growth, accountability, and personal development.
William Griffith serves as Secretary and brings lived experience, resilience, and dedication to the organization. After spending many years incarcerated, William is now rebuilding his life and helping guide Snowy Phoenix with insight, structure, and support. His journey reflects the core belief of Snowy Phoenix that transformation and second chances are possible.
Together, the Snowy Phoenix team is committed to rebuilding lives, restoring hope, and creating opportunities for individuals seeking a fresh start.
